Overview
H4 extreme posts are engineered, heavily treated (H4) laminated timber posts designed for severe, long-term in-ground or wet outdoor applications. They offer superior resistance to termites, fungi, and rot, and are ideal for structural uses like pergola posts, fencing, decking subframes, and retaining walls.
H5 posts are heavily treated timber engineered for the most demanding, high-moisture, ground-contact, or fresh water applications. They are designed to withstand extreme decay, fungal attacks, and insects (termites).
CCA (Copper Chrome Arsenate) posts are timber treated with preservatives to prevent rotting, fungi, and termites, extending their life to over 30 years. They are used for durable, in-ground outdoor applications, including fencing, agricultural posts, retaining walls, and landscaping.
Solid laminated posts (often GLT or LGL) are engineered wood products made by bonding layers of timber together to create high-strength, stable structural members. They are primarily used for vertical load-bearing in construction, including post-frame buildings, decks, pergolas, and, due to their straightness, as durable, warp-resistant alternatives to solid timbe
