The heat-conserving iconic round lids are beautifully engineered for easy lifting and feature an elegant recessed drop hinge as first used on ESSE’s in the 1950’s.

Each oven has independent venting, allowing to roast potatoes in one oven, and bake steam pudding in another oven at the same time.
COOK DIRECTLY ON YOUR COOK TOP
The cast iron hot plate is a massive skillet style plate. Not only can you boil with your pots, but you can also cook directly on the top, char-steam your veggies, sear the perfect steak…there are so many things you can do with this hot plate experience.
