The flat hob top is designed to unleash your creativity with a cast iron hotplate for griddle cooking, as well as a large induction hob for instant boiling temperatures.
The controls for ovens and hobs are neatly housed behind the upper left door. With no flue needed, your ESSE 1000T can be positioned wherever you want, provided there’s a 2 x 15amp power supply.

Hidden behind the top left hand door is the controls for your ESSE electric range cooker. This unique feature gives your ESSE a much cleaner look.
2 UNIQUE HOT PLATE COOKING WAYS
The left hand side is a massive round induction hot plate that can take up to 3 good size saucepans at once.
The right hand side is one massive cast iron skillet plate that can reach up to 400°C.
OVEN CONTROL
Each oven has independent venting, allowing to roast potatoes in one oven, and bake steam pudding in another oven at the same time
COOK DIRECTLY ON YOUR COOK TOP
The cast iron hot plate is a massive skillet style plate. Not only can you boil with your pots, but you can also cook directly on the top, char-steam your veggies, sear the perfect steak…there are so many things you can do with this hot plate experience.
